Responsible Gaming
Gaming should be entertainment — never a way to make money.
18+ only
V12Bet is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We may ask for age verification at any time and close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Stay in control
- Decide a budget before you play and stick to it.
- Only play with money you can afford to lose.
- Never chase losses.
- Take regular breaks and set a time limit.
- Don't play when you are upset, stressed or under the influence of alcohol.
Tools we offer
- Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly.
- Time-out — pause your account for 24 hours to 6 weeks.
- Self-exclusion — close your account for 6 months or longer.
Ask live chat to set any of these up. Limits take effect immediately; increases only after a cooling-off period.
Warning signs
Spending more than you planned, borrowing money to gamble, hiding gambling from family or feeling anxious when you can't play are signs to stop and get help. Talk to someone you trust or contact a professional counselling service.
